LARRY INDIVIGLIA

I provide expert, attentive, innovative and “results-based” strength and conditioning services to actively aging adults, primarily 55+, using a 30-minute personal, semi-private or small group training model, so that they can improve their overall health, fitness and well-being and live a vibrant and high-quality life.

The “3” words that best describe me as a fitness professional, trainer and coach:

“PREPARED, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE”
