Hi! I’m Hannah Zerebny. I am a dedicated strength coach and accomplished powerlifter with a holistic approach to fitness, dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals while maintaining overall well-being. After overcoming a significant back injury, I developed a passion for injury prevention, using personal experience to guide others in training safely and effectively as well as learning proper mobility and stability techniques. Understanding that the gym can be intimidating, I make an effort to create a welcoming environment, empowering newcomers with confidence and knowledge. As an experienced powerlifter, I also coach athletes to excel in powerlifting competitions, providing tailored support to optimize performance and reach their full potential on the platform. Combining expertise in strength training with a deep understanding of the body’s overall wellness, I create personalized programs that not only build muscle and enhance performance but also promote balance, flexibility, and mental well-being. By integrating nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle into the training regimen, I ensure my clients achieve their goals in a sustainable and healthy way, empowering them to reach their full potential both in and out of the gym.
