Originally from San Bernardino Ca, I’m a 7 year US Marine veteran who has proudly found the same fulfillment in helping people transform through personal training as I did in the military. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in recovery work, injury prevention, and taking clients from immobility to functional athleticism.
As a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and performance enhancement specialist, I offer a one-stop-shop approach to fitness. My scientifically-based five-phase programming method ensures a progressive and comprehensive training regimen that integrates stability, strength, power, and all modalities together.
Not only am I passionate about fitness, but I’m also a nationally qualified competitive bodybuilder. However, what sets me apart is my dedication to the basics. While I enjoy incorporating fun and challenging workouts, I believe in the power of foundational principles and building blocks.
Outside the gym, I’m a shy and quiet individual with a nerdy side. You’ll often find me indulging in poetry, playing my guitar, or enjoying a relaxing drive with my pup. My biggest motivation is being a positive example for my two boys and showing them the importance of being well-rounded physically, mentally, and morally.
