Chino Ortiz

Personal experience

I’ve been coaching for over 10 years and training myself for nearly 20, working with clients ranging from athletes and CEOs to parents and older adults. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals by maximizing their potential through personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, recovery strategies, and specialized support for injuries or pre- and postnatal fitness.

I believe clients don’t need to be perfect — all I ask is that they show up and give 100% effort. I love helping people push past what they think they can achieve, building confidence and providing the tools needed for long-term fitness, longevity, and enjoyment. I’m also deeply committed to continual learning, always expanding my knowledge so I’m prepared and equipped to support every client to the best of my ability. I strive to create a fun, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward their best self.

Outside of coaching, I’m a father of two and a dedicated bodybuilder, with one of my personal goals being to pursue a professional career in the sport. I love to cook because it fuels my creative side, and I enjoy spending time with my family — whether that’s traveling, or trying new restaurants.

Training Style

I believe in creating customized training programs tailored to each client’s goals, experience level, and any current or past injuries. I specialize in helping clients safely work through injuries and pre- or postnatal training while continuing to build strength, mobility, and confidence. I believe in meeting people where they are — physically and mentally — and coaching with patience, compassion, and intention. Every session is designed to be effective, empowering, and sustainable.
