Hi 👋my name is Cristina, and I’m a Bodybuilding & Nutrition Coach with over a decade of experience, specializing in helping female athletes and bodybuilders elevate their performance in the gym.
As a personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals, reframe their mindset around health, and learn to have a better, more sustainable relationship with food. My expertise spans across several key areas, and I’m thrilled to share them with you:
1) BODYBUILDING: Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone who is prepping for a bodybuilding show for the first time, I’ve got you covered! We’ll focus on sculpting your physique, building muscle, shedding fat, and increasing your overall strength for a total-body transformation. (I also do posing coaching too!)
2) WEIGHT LOSS: We’ll work together on building an EFFECTIVE yet SUSTAINABLE weight loss program, combining the right exercises with a customized nutrition plan to help you shed those extra pounds and maintain a healthy weight in the long run while still being able to eat the foods you love without restriction.
3) METABOLIC REPAIR: Additionally, I specialize in metabolic rehab. This means we’ll focus on optimizing your metabolism through proper nutrition, training, and recovery as well as re-training your mindset around food and getting accustomed to eating MORE food for weight LOSS! You will learn how to fuel for performance and develop a positive relationship with food that enhances both your health and your results.
