Personal experience

Fitness has been my go-to for sanity for the past 20 years. As a military wife, I lost stability, friends,family and connection. But I always had fitness. Once I became a mom, the only time I had for myself was during my workouts. It was through these moments that I decided a role in the fitness industry was what I wanted most. For the past 12 years as a personal trainer, I have seen client’s lives changed. People in their 50s have gotten in the best shape of their lives. Parents who let themselves go have seen the profound impact their health has on their family. Being fit doesn’t mean you can’t stop flexing and looking in the mirror. It’s being able to do the things that you want to do with ease. It’s not missing out on moments because of physical limitations. And perhaps the best part of being fit is passing this value on to your family and friends to see them become their best as well.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Nutrition Specialist through National Association of Sports Medicine and am working on my Master Trainer certification through National Council on Strength and Fitness. My method in training is holistic, emphasizing not only weight training but conditioning, coordination and mobility as well. But ultimately, my goal is your goal and I will use all my experience to help you reach it.
