Personal experience

Hello! My name is Nicole & I am a personal trainer who specializes in strength training, mobility & functional fitness. I love helping people gain confidence in the gym, learn proper form & build strength and muscle. I also assist clients in weight loss through a mix of training and nutritional guidance.

Before training others myself, I worked with many educated trainers behind the scenes. My very first client was my mother, who had hardly ever lifted a dumbbell in her life until her 60s. I’m a strong believer that it is never too late to start!

I started my own journey in 2018 after having gained weight in my 30s. Then watching & assisting my parents struggle with their health further motivated me and gave me a fresh perspective on fitness. Movement is life!

I lost 40+ lbs and am continuously working on my personal goals. Now in my early 40s, I am always striving to be better than I was yesterday. Alongside strength training I also love training Muay Thai (4 years) and many outdoor activities such as hiking, light running, and mountain biking.

My aim is not just to help others reach their fitness goals, but to also provide the tools needed to keep them there. I work with my clients to adjust their mindset & habits to make fitness into a lifestyle, not just a season. I have a sweet, kind & supportive training style, but I do mean business & I will push you to get where you need to go. I look forward to working with all of you!
