Hiya I’m Roxy, I’ve been in the health and fitness industry since 2012. I’m passionate about helping and empowering women who have gotten into the cycle of yo-yo dieting, that endless dance of gaining and losing the same 10, 15, or 20 pounds. I take a more holistic approach to working out, living a healthy lifestyle, and weight loss or I like to call it fat loss/body composition.
When it comes to fat loss, it’s not about taking on the next 12-week program with a strict diet, and workout routine. Forget about quick fixes and crash diets. I’m all about taking a holistic approach to fitness, embracing a lifestyle that fosters genuine fat loss and body transformation. It’s not just about sweating it out in the gym or counting calories. We dig deeper, unraveling the daily habits and mindset that keep you stuck in the cycle. Together we work on creating the lifestyle and habits that are going to support YOU in your process to living a healthier lifestyle.

Let’s be real – I wasn’t born with a dumbbell in my hand. My journey to fitness was paved with detours and roadblocks. But it wasn’t until my 30s that I truly embraced the power of living a healthy lifestyle. Exercise became my stress reliever, my therapy session, and my ticket to lasting fat loss. Through years of experimentation and countless diets, I’ve uncovered a treasure trove of habits that keep me feeling vibrant and strong. But here’s the thing – we all know that life is ever-changing, and so are our bodies. That’s why I’m all about helping you build a rock-solid foundation of healthy habits that can adapt and evolve with you.
