Personal experience

I’m Instructor Ryan and my focus is very simple with my clients. Showing them the path to a fit lifestyle is simple when you have a guide, and I would love nothing more than to be your Virgil. My approach to exercise is very specific and scientific, the term that is used in my industry (although I’m not a fan of the terminology) is H.I.T High Intensity Training. We have known for over 50 years in the field of exercise that the body responds most drastically to anaerobic (high intensity) activity and not as much to aerobic (low intensity) activity. In this very fast and busy world we now find ourselves in, I’m sure we can agree that TIME is the most important commodity in existence. Therefore, you’ll be happy to hear that the amount of time I will want you in a gym environment will be minimal (especially with me). Depending on the client’s activity level and hobbies, between 1 to 3 days of “gym time” tops, including me. I could really go on a tangent here but safe to say I’m not going to waste your precious time in the slightest, I shall treat it like gold. Speaking of which, let me wrap up this little bio and stop wasting anymore of your time. My 3 Training Principles are as follows, Effective: My training will get you more “fit”, Efficient : I’m not going to waste your time, and lastly but most important Safe: exercise can be maximally effective and maximally safe at the same time. First session is on me, I’ll let the workout speak for itself.

  • Exercise is a process whereby the body performs work of a demanding nature, in accordance with muscle and joint function, in a clinically-controlled environment, within the constraints of safety, meaningfully loading the muscular structures to inroad their strength levels to stimulate a growth mechanism within minimum time.
